My medium is multi-disciplinary. As a playwright and multimedia performance artist, I combine super 8, video, painting, photography, slide installations, with deconstructed breath verse. My plays and performances have incorporated live fiber creation, music, and dance. Recent documentary photography centers on images from my fellowships to Ethiopia and France. While hiking, I chronicle nature, particularly in mountain and lake regions of Appalachia, Adirondacks, Shenandoah, and Blue Ridge. Through oil and watercolor, I depict the figure and produce abstract compositions.
